Evolve Team Joins German Healthcare Delegation for International Exchange in Texas

Last week, Evolve’s Christine Uekert and Gregor Siebert were part of a select German delegation visiting Texas for an international exchange with leaders from science, healthcare, and industry.

Led by Evolve client NIPOKA and its CEO Prof. Dr. Nicole Endlich, the delegation included Wolfgang Blank, Minister of Economics, Infrastructure, Tourism and Labor of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, as well as Bettina Martin, Minister of Science of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The delegation was welcomed by Jochen Reiser, President of The University of Texas Medical Branch, and the UTMB leadership team. Discussions focused on how research, diagnostics, and clinical innovation can be translated more effectively into patient care.

The visit addressed shared health priorities, academic–clinical collaboration, and the structures required to turn scientific discovery into real-world impact. The exchange highlighted the importance of strong institutional partnerships and cross-border cooperation in advancing patient-centered healthcare.

For Evolve, these conversations reinforce a core conviction: innovation only scales when science, policy, and operational excellence come together – across disciplines and geographies.

Evolve thanks the UTMB team and all participants for the warm welcome, open dialogue, and collaborative spirit, and looks forward to seeing how these exchanges develop into long-term partnerships and sustainable impact.
