Job Description

As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and satisfaction of our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve managing accurate and timely financial transactions, including comprehensive financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations and industry standards. We provide you with advanced tools, empowering you to utilize your expertise to enhance efficiency and precision in accounting processes. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to provide exceptional financial services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate recording of financial transactions, including bank transactions, fixed assets, vendor invoices, travel expenses, customer invoices, and month-end accruals, ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements
Timely completion of month-end closing activities and submission of tax returns
Support for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, addressing discrepancies as needed
Adherence to and enhancement of accounting controls
Safeguarding customer satisfaction and operational integrity by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information

Your Profile

Strong professional background in financial accounting
Familiarity with common MS Office applications and an ERP-System, ideally Business Central
Proactive mindset, effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Business fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
