To accelerate this transformation, we are looking for a Head of AI Finance Systems — a senior architecture leader who defines how artificial intelligence is structurally embedded into ERP-based finance environments.
Your Mission
You architect the intelligence core of an autonomous finance platform. You ensure that:
- AI is structurally embedded into ERP finance processes
- Transaction volumes shift from manual handling to exception-based automation
- AI decision paths remain explainable, governable, and audit-compatible
- Data models are designed for continuous learning and scalable deployment
- Finance intelligence becomes a reusable platform asset — not a one-off feature
You operate at the intersection of ERP architecture, financial process engineering, AI integration, and platform scalability.
Your Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven ERP Architecture
- Define the architectural blueprint for AI integration within Microsoft Business Central
- Design intelligent finance modules such as Smart Closing Engines, Risk Scoring Frameworks, AI Data Enrichment layers, and Autonomous Transaction Logic
- Ensure architectural alignment between BC Core, App Platform, and Data & Integration frameworks
- Safeguard ERP integrity while embedding intelligent automation
- Establish architectural standards for scalable multi-client deployment
You do not experiment with AI. You industrialize it within finance systems.
2. Finance Process Intelligence & Automation
- Redesign R2R, O2C, P2P, and H2R processes toward exception-based logic
- Translate accounting and regulatory requirements into AI-ready system designs
- Define governance models for AI-assisted bookings and decision automation
- Architect multi-entity and master data structures compatible with machine learning frameworks
- Ensure Smart Close and Zero-Day-Close environments remain structurally sound
You turn finance from transactional execution into intelligent orchestration.
3. Data, Model & Platform Governance
- Define AI data pipelines and model lifecycle standards
- Establish continuous model training and validation frameworks
- Ensure explainability and traceability of AI-driven decisions
- Collaborate with Data & Integration teams on API design and interoperability
- Embed AI logic into Internal Control & Risk Systems
You ensure that intelligence scales — securely and responsibly.
4. Product & Use Case Leadership
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI finance use cases
- Contribute to industry-specific ERP templates and AI-enhanced vertical modules
- Transform complex finance requirements (leasing, loan management, supply chain finance) into structured AI-ready system components
- Support executive positioning of Evolve as a leader in AI-native ERP finance
You help define the intellectual property of the platform.
Your Profile
You combine ERP depth with AI architecture capability.
- 8–12+ years in ERP architecture, finance systems design, or enterprise solution architecture
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP systems
- Proven exposure to AI / ML integration within enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of financial process chains (R2R, O2C, P2P, consolidation)
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
- Structured, systems-level thinker with strong conceptual design capability
Advantage:
- Experience with AI governance and explainability frameworks
- Background in technology, biotech, or PE-backed environments
- Exposure to ISAE 3402 / SOC environments
- Experience in high-growth, multi-entity international settings
