We are not optimizing traditional accounting. We are redesigning how finance systems operate.
To strengthen our Finance Intelligence Platform, we are looking for a Performance & Reporting Systems Architect — a technically strong finance systems professional who designs scalable reporting, consolidation, and performance intelligence architectures across ERP, BI, and consolidation environments.
Your Mission
You architect the reporting and performance intelligence layer of an AI-native finance platform. You ensure that:
- Financial reporting outputs are system-driven, structured, and automated
- Consolidation, ERP, and BI tools operate as one integrated reporting stack
- Reporting reliability is embedded into data architecture — not corrected manually
- Management and investor reporting is transparent, consistent, and scalable
- Performance insights are predictive and data-driven
You operate at the intersection of ERP data models, consolidation systems, BI architecture, and performance reporting logic.
Your Responsibilities
1. Reporting Architecture & System Design
- Design structured financial reporting environments (IFRS / US GAAP / HGB outputs)
- Build automated reporting packages and board-ready financial dashboards
- Architect structured mapping between ERP accounts and consolidation frameworks
- Ensure reconciliation logic between operational data and external reporting
- Reduce manual reporting adjustments through structural system design
You do not prepare reports manually. You engineer how reports are produced.
2. Consolidation & Group Reporting (Lucanet Focus)
- Own structural setup and optimization of Lucanet (or comparable consolidation systems)
- Design group-level reporting logic across multi-entity environments
- Automate intercompany elimination flows and reporting packages
- Improve data integrity between ERP, consolidation, and reporting layers
- Enhance reporting transparency for audit and investor purposes
You transform consolidation tools into automated reporting engines.
3. BI & Performance Intelligence (Power BI & Beyond)
- Design semantic data models in Power BI
- Develop management reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Integrate financial and operational metrics into unified performance views
- Automate variance analysis and reporting commentary structures
- Integrate predictive signals and AI-enhanced reporting insights
You elevate reporting from static output to dynamic intelligence.
4. FP&A & Forecasting Integration
- Connect rolling forecasts and scenario models into reporting environments
- Align planning logic with actuals and consolidation layers
- Reduce spreadsheet-based forecasting dependencies
- Support value-driver-based reporting frameworks
Planning supports reporting. Reporting informs decision-making.
5. Smart Close & Data Reliability Integration
- Ensure clean and automated data flow from Smart Close into reporting tools
- Define structural validation checkpoints before report generation
- Collaborate with Audit & Financial Systems Integrity on control integration
Speed is important. Reliability is mandatory.
Your Profile
- You combine reporting experience with strong technical system capability.
- 5–10+ years experience in reporting, group consolidation, controlling, or finance systems
- Hands-on experience with Lucanet or comparable consolidation / CPM systems
- Advanced Power BI and financial data modeling capability
- Experience integrating ERP systems (Business Central preferred) with reporting layers
- Strong understanding of multi-entity group environments
- High technical affinity and automation mindset
Deep GAAP interpretation expertise is not required — audit leadership covers technical standard setting. System translation capability is essential.
Advantage:
- Experience in investor-facing reporting
- Exposure to AI-supported reporting environments
- Experience in tech or biotech companies
- Basic SQL or data transformation skills
