We are not optimizing traditional accounting. We are redesigning how finance systems operate.
To strengthen our Finance Intelligence Platform, we are looking for an OTC Architect — a hybrid process and system thinker who designs intelligent Order-to-Cash environments and embeds AI into revenue and receivables processes.
Your Mission
You architect the intelligence layer of the Order-to-Cash process. You ensure that:
- Revenue processes are systemically structured and AI-ready
- Billing engines operate with logic, automation, and scalability
- AI models can learn from transactional behavior and risk signals
- Revenue recognition rules are embedded structurally — not manually controlled
- Exception handling replaces manual volume processing
You operate at the intersection of process design, ERP configuration, AI enablement, and revenue governance.
Your Responsibilities
1. Order-to-Cash Process Architecture
- Design end-to-end OTC architectures (order entry, billing, revenue recognition, receivables, collections)
- Translate commercial models (subscription, milestone billing, licensing, leasing, intercompany) into system logic
- Embed IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue principles structurally into ERP flows
- Design dunning, dispute, and collections frameworks within an automated environment
- Ensure multi-entity and cross-border compliance logic is system-integrated
You do not process invoices. You design the system that governs them.
2. AI-Enabled Billing & Revenue Intelligence
- Architect AI-supported billing engines
- Train and refine models for anomaly detection, revenue risk scoring, and payment prediction
- Embed external data enrichment (credit scoring, insolvency signals, payment behavior analytics)
- Define exception-based workflows replacing manual interventions
- Ensure explainability of AI-supported revenue decision
You turn billing into an intelligent system — not a static routine.
3. System Training & Continuous Optimization
- Define training datasets for AI-based transaction logic
- Collaborate with AI & App Platform teams on model lifecycle integration
- Translate recurring process issues into system improvements
- Develop standardized OTC blueprints for scalable client onboarding
- Improve cash cycle performance through intelligent automation
You continuously refine the process through structured feedback loops.
4. Innovation & Use Case Development
- Develop AI-enhanced use cases within revenue and receivables environments
- Contribute to vertical-specific ERP templates
- Integrate advanced finance modules (leasing, loan management, supply chain billing) into OTC logic
- Support go-to-market positioning of intelligent revenue architectures
You elevate OTC from operational process to strategic intelligence layer.
Your Profile
You are not a traditional accountant. You are a process architect with technological ambition.
- 5–10+ years experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Management, or Finance Systems environments
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition mechanics (IFRS 15 / ASC 606 fundamentals expected)
- Deep familiarity with billing engines, receivables management, and collections workflows
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
- High technical affinity and curiosity for AI-driven process automation
- Ability to think structurally, analytically, and system-oriented
Advantage:
- Experience in subscription models, SaaS revenue logic, milestone billing
- Exposure to AI/ML-supported finance environments
- Experience in tech, biotech, or PE-backed environments
- Data analysis skills (Power BI, SQL, or similar)
